Barb and I went to see our friends at Graff Farm in Guadalupita this weekend and picked a bunch of beautiful apples from their orchard along Coyote Creek. The weather has been beautiful for the past five days with warm temps and clear blue New Mexico skies. 
Picking perfect apples is a lot like picking the perfect real estate, there are a lot of pickings in the neighborhood but only a few are a perfect apple.
