I just want to post a quick note today about some upcoming events. First off Resort Properties of Angel Fire is going to be hosting a first time homebuyers (or individuals who have not owned a home in the past three years), seminar May 28, at 6 PM at First National Bank here in Angel Fire. We will have officials from the Bank, State Agencies, and local Mortgage Brokers who will give presentations on the Tax Credit Programs, State Assistance Loan Programs, available mortgage programs, and other programs that will help turn renters into homeowners. As a matter of fact many of the professionals we have talked to lately are saying it has never been easier to buy your first home. Please plan on attending. On another note it's time to have fun this weekend and help the Moreno Valley Charter High School raise funds by attending our annual Cinco de Mayo Festival, May 2, at 7 PM at the Angel Fire Community Center. Admission is $20 and includes a Mexican food dinner, cash bar, and the Jimmy Stadler band. This is always a blast, so please plan on attending. I will be there looking for you! Till next time,
